Rock Star Promotions is an independent  band/event management/promotion company 

based in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. We are focusing on promoting 

artists from the Toowoomba, Brisbane, Gold Coast areas with expansion to the 

rest of the country/world in due time.

Rock Star Promotions are putting on shows in the Toowoomba, Brisbane & Gold Coast areas. 

As  band/artist you will be given the opportunity to feature at these events and showcase your 

music to a new audience.

Rock Star Promotions is the love child of toowoomba musician & rubber meets road entrepeneur

Travis Howell. Travis created Rock Star Promotions after a series of successful projects/websites, 

whilst experiencing and living out many of his passions & dreams none could match the passion 

he has for music. Picking up his first guitar at the age of 8 years, his love for music has burned for 

21 years and counting. He actually dropped 7 projects  in order to be able to completely focus

on Rock Star Promotions and his music. Travis is also the creator of The Metal Hub, Punk Lab, 

Rave Night ,Hip Hop Jump & Tribute Nation. He has contacts with bands, managers, record labels

promotion companies all over the world in his MASSIVE network which he continues to 

build every day. If there is one thing he wants to do, it is promote music and put 

on events & festivals. 

It was around the time he started Rock Star that he was drumming in a band "Under City Lights" with 

Henry Klibbe who was the singer. Travis approached Henry and told him about the project and got him

 on board as the bookings and events manager to help out with local events, bookings & general promotion of 

the company.
